Operative purchace FI

Ahlsell Finland request new assignement group where sales can send questions to operative purchase department.

Finnish Purchase Manager (operative purchases) has discussed with Swedish and Norwegian collagues who dont currently see it need to implement Service Portal. This is why this request from Ahlsell Finland only.

There is need for importing from Vivaldi operative purchaser information, maintained in class 5 level, related to the supplierin order to be able to direct questions from sales organisation to the resposible purchaser.

Purchasing Manager is soon having Service Portal question definated. Will add them here as soon as get them.
