API from ServiceNow to Vivaldi for automatic registration of new customers in Norway

Norway is using ServiceNow to process new customer registrations. When customers are approved, they are manually registered in Vivaldi. There is already an API to Vivaldi with the required input used in Sweden and Finland: customer number is immediately reserved upon completion of application and finally confirmed immediately when application is approved.
We also want the automated registration of webshop users.
We would like to get the same API and logic in Vivaldi for Norway: API from ServiceNow to Vivaldi. After discussions internally with the product owners and system architects it was agreed that this is a doable task, where no further development is required.
DPM - Justification
Getting this in place means a lot for Norway as we have 2 FTE’s registering new customers today. Time to yes would also improve significantly and hence improve customer satisfaction. Approx 120 new customers per week
