Description
Background:
Ahlsell gets ~30 000 applications yearly from companies that wants to have accounts at Ahlsell. The process for managing new customer on-boarding has many manual and outdated processes that differs across the company based on which country or region your company is located in. Many customers doesn’t understand how or if they can use e-com services due to unclear information given to the customers when regestration is completed.
Why is it important?
The churn rate for customers that are created in Vivaldi but never makes 1 purchase 12 months post creation is ~25%. The amount of customers who makes only 1 purchase post creation is alos substantial.
