Ahlsell have a large, untapped, customer base within the SME segment. Customers that spend <100 KSEK/year and are not eligible for physical meetings by the regional outbound sales departments.
The initiative aims to find out how Ahlsell can find a profitable way to activate this cluster of customers based on a data driven work method. Utilizing telemarketing and digital marketing activities.
Why is it important:
The customer cluster have a yearly spend at Ahlsell of ~6,5 bn SEK and improving the sales with 10% would increase Ahlsells turnover with ~650 MSEK
