China Compliance

We are currently undergoing an investigation towards our compliance, how to technical and organizational follow both EU & China regulations based on our representative offices in China who needs access to Ahlsell information. Decision is taken that China and EU companies needs to be technical separated to able to comply with both countries’ regulations.

Sanctions fee is up to 4% of Ahlsell overall turnover for not following EU regulations 2-4% (GDPR/NIS2) and China PIPL states sanctions up to 5% of our turnover.
