Missing Data Availability - Power BI

Several critical data elements are currently missing from our reporting environment, which forces multiple teams across the organization to manually extract data using SQL and then connect it to Excel/Power BI. This manual process is repeated weekly by several colleagues and is both time‑consuming and inefficient.
We request a system enhancement to make the following data sets natively available in our reporting environment (e.g., DWH, Power BI models, or other standardized sources).
Missing Data Requirements:
Quotation Data – both header and line level
Cancelled Sales Orders – orders with status 990, including cancellation reason codes (e.g., 61: cancelled due to pricing, 62: cancelled due to availability)
Purchase Order Numbers linked to sales orders
Return Reason Codes (RETCAUSE)
A‑Sales Data, particularly customer visit information
Business Impact:
The lack of this data significantly increases manual workload, causes inconsistencies between reports, and slows down analysis and decision‑making. Centralizing and automating access to this information would improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and support more efficient reporting processes across the organization.
Requested Action:
We ask the Group Business Intelligence team to evaluate the feasibility of adding the above data fields into our standard reporting environment and to provide an implementation timeline.
