Industrivarer AS is a long‑established industrial supply company founded in 1980, delivering a broad assortment of tools, machinery, consumables, workwear, PPE, and related industrial equipment to customers across Central Norway. The company operates from Namsos, where it runs store, warehouse, workshop, office, and full e‑commerce operations.

The business employs around 20–23 employees and generated 126 MNOK revenue in 2023 (2024: 134.9 MNOK), with a strong profitability profile and a long‑standing reputation for high‑quality products and technical service. Industrivarer serves sectors including construction, industrial manufacturing, maintenance, home improvement and offers one of the region’s strongest assortments in tools, machines, and protective equipment.

Ahlsell Norge AS entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Industrivarer AS in early 2024, adding deep industrial expertise, a strong regional position, established customer relationships, and a broad category assortment to Ahlsell’s industrial offering. The acquisition strengthens Ahlsell’s footprint in a strategically important segment and provides Industrivarer’s customers access to Ahlsell’s logistics, service level, and sustainability‑focused distribution solutions.
