Background:
Alf I. Larsen AS (AIL) is a Norwegian industrial supplier offering a wide range of technical products and solutions for workshops and industry, including bearings, seals, tools, machines, transmission components, workshop equipment, chemicals, and measuring tools. The company serves mainly business customers in sectors such as metalworking and maintenance.
AIL was acquired by Ahlsell Norge AS in April 2024 when Ahlsell entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in Alf I. Larsen AS.
AIL is using latest Business Central solution as their main ERP solution from Microsoft. AIL has shown interest to use built in AI functionality in MS ecosystems.
Hjelseth computers and Evidi are local partners in Stavanger för Business Central consultations and license.
Microsoft agreement to be checked from group level.
Digital re-diligence to be handled in February 2026.
