ServiceNow - Ivalua Integration
Description
Integration between ServiceNow and Ivalua (ASRM) to start/end process of onboarding in the same place - e.g. notifications given here and easier to follow through the process of registration since we have users/requestors not being in the system.
This can also create value in other areas as: support where supplier or user can ask for help in the portal and ticket handled outside (SN) - feeding the info back into Ivalua.
