We have customer information that could be utilized across systems to strengthen our service offerings. This requires enabling data flow between systems and ensuring proper maintenance.

Define data flow including ownership and governance to support all relevant user stories. For example, the email address provided during purchase should receive the delivery note and Track & Trace information.

Extension of integration between SAP and C4C including deletion rules
