Background and Purpose
What is the current situation? How does the project address it?
It has been decided that we will implement a common HR system across the group. The system must support multiple HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, etc., and ensure that we work according to the same standards with access to shared data. This means we need to replace SuccessFactors, which is currently used in Denmark. HiBob must be integrated with SAP, and it must be assessed whether it can fully replace SuccessFactors or if dependencies on SAP processes would be compromised too much.
We will base the implementation on processes already defined in other countries and apply the same standards.
