Background and Purpose
What is the current situation? How does the project address it?
To support our digital growth and customer loyalty, we will develop a structured loyalty program that rewards and engages customers with a focus on both in-store and digital channels. The purpose is to increase our Share of Wallet by improving repurchase frequency, positioning our EMV, and creating a differentiated customer experience that strengthens the relationship with Ahlsell.
The loyalty program is an option derived from the Nordic program and will leverage best practices to ensure a short time-to-market. At its core is a points shop, but the program will be designed based on customer needs and behavior, offering relevant benefits such as bonus schemes, exclusive campaigns, access to product news, training, and digital services. The program must be data-driven and integrated into our digital platforms so that it feels like a natural part of the customer journey.

Launch “A-klubben” in Denmark based on the Awardit platform
Recruit customers
Nudge behavior towards EMV, in-store, and digital sales
Increase Share of Wallet among participating customers
