Compliance with Updated CLP Regulation – Transparent Online Hazard Labelling
Description
The upcoming update to the EU CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures) introduces stricter requirements for how chemical product information must be presented. From July 1, 2026, all hazard and labelling details visible on physical packaging — including hazard symbols and statements — must also be clearly displayed on digital platforms such as websites.
This initiative is needed to ensure that our chemical products remain compliant across all markets where we operate (not only Sweden but all EU/EEA countries). Compliance will safeguard market access, maintain consumer and regulatory trust, and prevent legal or reputational risks linked to non-conformance with the updated EU regulation.
