What:
Our current customer credit information provider, Bisnode, which has been acquired by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), is deprecating the existing method we use to monitor customer credit information. We will transition to a new service offered by D&B called Risk Guardian. This change requires us to develop and implement new processes to ensure we can continue to monitor customer credit effectively.
Why:
The transition to Risk Guardian is essential to maintain continuity in our credit monitoring capabilities. With the hard deadline set for December 31, 2025, it is crucial to adapt to this new service to avoid disruptions in our customer credit information monitoring. This change will help us leverage the latest technology and data analytics offered by D&B, ensuring we have accurate and timely credit information to make informed business decisions.
