Code from IMI received and is under test at the moment. We have revisited the design and have decided to build a “clickable” demo. Once we´re done with and released stocktaking HJ0505 & HJ0506 this will engage the whole team.

Extensive research has been done which has resulted in a design proposition that is ready to implement. The first delivery of web services was delivered by IMI May 20.

We are aiming at conducting the first tests in stores after the summer.

Dependency: implementation by the Core team to fetch order data.

Update 2024-03-11

The Ace team has visited all eight stores. An event storming session was held in Borlänge on Feb 13. All goods receivers are interviewed. IMI are reviewing the requirement specification. We will start to develop a first design proposition this week.

The process of receiving goods is perhaps the largest process to implement in Ace and therefore we will do this in small steps, working along with a small amount of stores during development.

The Ace team, together with the UX team have participated in about 30 goods received activities in the Nordics. The reson for this being that we have noticed that most stores have their way of doing it, and it has been important to find the least common denominator that will work for all stores.

The first step will be to focus on in and out delivery for customer goods. And make it possible to assign a shelf allocation for the specific customer goods. An initial workshop will be held on January 17, with developers, UX-team, Product owner. At this workshop, the first step to be implemented will be defined.

Pilots will be done in SE, FI and NO. (Malmö/Kristianstad, Älvsjö, Borlänge, Luleå, Kerava, Oulo, X, Y)
