Description
On a daily basis, packages are left behind on the DC´s due to different deviations in the processes. The package can arrive late to sorting, are sorted wrong or just picked too late to make the transport.
Todays process is to report a status change in Centiro, which generates a list. This list is the base to manually identify who is the repsonsible sales person and inform them on the status. This is a highly manual process requiring the use of mutliple applications and tool.
Solution 1: Capture the data in Centiro based on status update and generate mail to the salesperson and/or customer
Solution 2: Automate the manual process with Power automate solution (a concept for this has already been specified but not yet carried out.
