Ahlsell will consolidate ~40 standâalone ERP systems into two standardized, longâterm platforms: Visma Net Cloud and Microsoft Business Central (for manufacturingâheavy subsidiaries). A Nordic implementation partnership with Exsitec is being finalized, enabling the first pilot in Q1. The initiative supports scalable M&A integration, unified financial flows, and reduced IT complexity.
Current landscape includes multiple Visma versions, diverse hosting models, and scattered ERP solutions. This creates high cost, operational risk, inconsistent financial processes, and slow PMI onboarding. Several systems are endâofâlife, and local upgrade initiatives risk conflicting with the future standardized setup.
Objectives
