Purpose:
To create a robust and business-adapted information classification model, including documentation and guidelines, that enables the secure use of AI services (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and compliance with EU regulations.

Objectives:

• Protect sensitive information and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIS2, etc.)

• Enable effective and secure use of e.g. Microsoft Purview for data management and classification

• Lay the foundation for the secure and controlled use of AI services

Scope:
