Description
Background
Weels builds and assembles advanced pipe/pump/water‑separator units using concrete or plastic wells from suppliers, fitted with customer‑specified equipment. Customers include municipalities, utilities, and farms. Revenue has grown from NOK 50M → ~NOK 100M under Ahlsell. Operations are stable but heavily manual, project‑based, time‑critical, and reliant on Excel, 24SevenOffice, and AutoCAD—with no warehouse management system.
Business Need
To support continued growth and reduce person‑dependency, Weels must migrate to unified Ahlsell systems, streamline prefab workflows, improve traceability, and reduce operational risk from manual processes.

Achieve full Vivaldi readiness and go‑live on Nov 10, 2025 (site Bergen)

Key Activities
Infrastructure readiness & account provisioning
Vivaldi configuration and project‑number workflow alignment

Training and change management
Crosschecking all readiness actions leading up to go‑live
