Today, the purchasing organization (DC, IC, PC) operate within a highly complex IT environment. Our goal is to establish a centralized system that consolidates "channels" from various platforms, providing product org with a clear and immediate overview. This system should guide them toward focusing on the most pressing and prioritized tasks in the moment.
Additionally, the purchasing manager should gain a comprehensive, real-time view of the team's key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress toward targets.
