Build custom chatbots
Description
Background
Recently numerous requests have been made to create custom chatbots for different purposes. A common ingredient is for the bots to access certain information (text files, excel sheets, sharepoint sites etc.) and to answer questions about it. A common example is a FAQ bot that accesses a document with frequently asked questions. The keys here are searchability and flexible question answering.
Why is it important
Many people request this and they believe things will be more efficient when users themselves can access information instead of having to ask a person.
Developing such bots will spread the knowledge of AI in the organization and can serve as an introduction to more advanced AI applications
