Nets terminal change due to legal requirements (Sweden & Finland)

Due to legislation from the banks in Sweden & Finland, payment terminals of model IPP350 in Sweden and Finland needs to be changed before June 2026.
SE: 250 terminals
FI: 50 terminals

This is to enable off-line PIN to replace the previous "reserve solution" that is to be phased out. It is a binding contract as the old solution for bankaxept is switched off, which can lead to incidents where it is simply not possible to charge in the store if offline functionality no longer works.
