Stakeholder Engagement: Key internal stakeholders and pilot participants have been invited and actively engaged (measured via logins, participation rate, or comment volume).
Key Activities Completed: All planned pilot activities (e.g., polls, discussion threads, collaborative tasks) have been executed within the workspace.
Insights Captured: AI-generated insights and user feedback have been collected and reviewed to assess platform impact.
Value Indicators Measured: Pre-defined success metrics (e.g., engagement levels, alignment improvement, qualitative feedback) have been evaluated.
Stakeholder Review Held: A final debrief or showcase session has been conducted with core stakeholders to discuss outcomes and next steps.
