Description
When the pilot is done and closed, it is necessary to productify self-checkout with the light tower. At least the following is needed:
Evaluation of solution. (Technical/hardware skills needed)
Procurement/agreement with supplier. (Procurement responsible assigned.)
Choose means of how the light towers can be ordered.
Secure delivery from supplier.
Find partner who can configure and send out light towers to the stores.
Secure a process for IP-addresses can be appointed. (In NAC)
Find partner to offer support. Off/on site.
Find partner who can upgrade light towers when needed.
Secure process for return of light towers.
There might be more steps needed.
This tasks of this initiative can not be handled by PO by herself.
