Description
Background
The work done in was originally planned to have a continuation initiative. As a last part of the work done during the previous initiative was to hold a series of workshops with different parts of the organisation in order to define what tactics was needed to be developed in the coming initiative and what technical feasibility we saw. Each tactic has then been prioritized a from a short list created. Each one of the prioritized areas is represented by an individual epic that can be seen in this Initiative.

Definition of Done:
The initiative aims to complete the workflows below and a set of dashboards that will allow the marketing department to assess the value of the workflows. As a final epic the intention is to summarize the value added to Ahlsell based on the outcome of the implemented workflows.
