Describe the Change Initiative
This initiative is to ensure our stock contribution to a NWC goal of 10% in 2030.  

It includes different activities that aim to bring down the amount of low and very low frequency stock.  

The project is to drive result aimed activities and ensure work practices to support a continuous focus on NWC and stock composition. 

There will be a need to develop reporting tools, access to analysis and optimization of work processes. Process optimization can be SAP related, but that is not defined yet.  

There is a high degree of change in this project.
