Describe the Change Initiative
Bacher Work Wear needs to update their IT platform, and there is already close collaboration between Bacher and Ahlsell DK – latest with shop in shop – so to exploit synergies, enhance customer experience and reduce costs we are starting an integration project where Bacher is integrated to Ahlsell DK.  

We are starting preliminary analysis of compatibility and opportunities. 

There is a high degree of SAP involvement and a high degree of change In this project.
