Describe the Change Initiative
Based on an external report we have inefficient processes supporting our tender/offer process. By reducing time spend on making the customer offer we can increase the quality and quantity – better and more offer to customers and persistent follow up. There is identified a key pain in the process which the project will focus on and that is the conversion of products. 

There is SAP development activities and some degree of change in this project
