Return process and portal improvements (Nordic)

The scope of this initiative is to cover all countries' basic needs for managing returns and complaints. The starting point and position is to review the latest developments that Centiro has made. This has been on hold since the Ahlsell TMS project started.

The basic platform is well developed; it will require the latest Ahlsell You touch in terms of look and feel.

As a next step after the demo together with Centiro, Ahlesll will also form an understanding of how close or far from a standard solution Ahlsell has today. This is extremely important because the basic idea is to be able to copy the same portal to other countries with different ERP sources like SAP and Visma.

Ahlsell also needs to be humble about the fact that large volumes are already being handled through the portal today, and it is necessary to work in parallel with short and long-term improvements to lift the experience and handling for the customer.

Automate E-commerce return management between Visma - Vivaldi

• We want to be able to approve/decline customer returns in Visma and have the credit or price adjustment automatically reflected in Vivaldi against the purchase order (on a line-item level) based on the choices made in Visma.

Describe the Change Initiative
We have a complex set up of return policies and a low degree of compliance. We want to simplify and change our return policies so maintenance and controlling will be easier and we can follow up with a thorough examination of customer agreements to ensure overall compliance and collection of fees.

There is SAP development activities and some degree of change in this project.
