Definition of Done – M&A Integration

The integration is considered complete when the following are achieved:

• The objects critical business processes are fully operational within the Ahlsell ERP and key systems.

• All necessary data (e.g., financials, customers, suppliers, inventory) is migrated, validated, and accessible.

• Access to legacy systems is decommissioned or restricted, with no impact on operations.

• Key integrations (e.g., finance, HR, procurement, CRM) are live and functioning correctly.

• Users are trained and actively using the integrated systems.

• Post-go-live support (hypercare) has concluded with no major open issues.
