Description
The Purchasers are in need of the same type of overview in a Portal in Vivaldi in the same way as the Salespeople today have the Saleseman App (AX01, AX02, AX03, AX04). There is a great need to be able to work with live data and to be able to directly access the correct Vivaldi routine in order to be able to update/correct orders as needed.
Today, the purchasers receive an email from MS Report with two lists. One list showing how many purchase orders that has passed 4 days from order date without order confirmation from supplier.
And a list showing the number of confirmed orders that are six or more days delayed based on confirmed order date.
The list that the Purchasers are working with never contains completely up-to-date data since the cut-off point is at 16:00 the day before they receive the list.
