Nets terminal change due to legal requirements (Norway)

Due to legislation from the banks in Norway, our partner Nets has agreed to replace all bankcard terminals of model IPP350 in Norway before Feb 25, 2025.

This is to enable off-line PIN to replace the previous "reserve solution" that is to be phased out. It is a binding contract as the old solution for bankaxept is switched off, which can lead to incidents where it is simply not possible to charge in the store if offline functionality no longer works.

Hence, Nets are replacing 20k+ terminals in Norway before then, and Ahlsell have 56 of them in use in Norway per July 2024.
