Ahlsell DK integration to Ivalua/A-SRM

Purpose:

The purpose of this initiative is to cover the integration of Ahlsell DK to the A-SRM system.

 Background:

The A-SRM (iValua) system is the chosen Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system for the Ahlsell Group. This system is integrated to Vivaldi (ERP) and Ahlsell SE/FI/NO is using it for the following tasks:

• Contract management

• Tail negotiation

• Supplier Risk assessment

• Supplier onboarding (not yet launched)

• KPI follow-up and sharing with supplier (not yet launched)

Since Ahlsell DK is using a different ERP system (SAP) they are not able to use the system for these tasks. The ambition from the Category & Procurement organization is that all countries should be able to use the functionality in A-SRM. This would require integration to SAP or Kafka/data lake.
