December 2024:
Agreement with Hibob signed
January 2025:
Start with internal preparations such as process mapping, data analysis etc.
April 2025:
Implementation project started. Configuration of the system, understanding the product and its features. First scope is to move the current Mytoolbox users to the new platform Bob by the first of september 25. Since old system has end of life on this date, all current data, users, and integration needs to be implemented and therefore full focus on this scope.
Background:
One of the top strategic targets for People & Culture is less adminstration, efficient processes that creates a reliable foundation for people & culture data.
During the last year, different discoverys have been performed in order to decrease adminstration, make it simple to be an Ahlsell employee when it comes to HR data by creating workflows that are easy to understand and as impartantly do it right.
The above together with compliance & regulations such as GDPR, CSRD the need for a more innovative solution has increased over the last few months.
Definition of Done:
The initiative/project is considered complete when the following criteria are met:
All planned country units or business entities are fully onboarded onto HiBob.
Core HR data (e.g., employee profiles, org structure, job titles, compensation data) has been accurately migrated and validated.
Key HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, time off, performance reviews) are configured, tested, and live.
All relevant users (HR teams, managers, employees) are trained and actively using the system.
Any required integrations (e.g., payroll, IT systems, finance) are live and functioning as expected.
