Description:
The tool Product GAP Analytics Tool developed for KAM Industri has been vetted by the Key Account Managers within Bygg and has been deemed to be a vary useful tool for them in optimizing sales. However, the KAM customers that Division Bygg serve differs in some ways compared to Industri and in order to maximize the output from the tool some adjustments are needed. As a continuation all segments has decided that this tool should be available for their Key Account Managers to be used when analyzing their customers purchasing behavior. This initiative focuses on adoptions of the underlying model(s) as each segment has some key areas where they differ from each other. There is a possibility to create the same product for Norway and Finland but some discovery work is needed in order to understand their organizational setups.
