Transfer assist/sunset of Flex Scandinavia

In connection with our agreement to divest FLEX Scandinavia, we need to ensure that their permissions are disconnected.

Ownership will transfer to the buyer on June 3rd, and from then they should no longer have access to our intranet and any other potential system access.

However, Ahlsell have agreed that they will continue to use Quinyx and Skowik for a while, and thus we want to ensure that these remain in place for a period.
