Description
Background
Based on the Discovery work done in Q1 we decided to continue with the implementation of first seven workflows identified. We will utilize current infrastructure we have. A-Sales together with support of third party data sources will work as a light CDP together with Sweet Automation. The initiative has several focus areas ranging from strategy to technical implementation.
Why is it Important
This is one toolbox for maintaining an ongoing dialogue and sales enhancing efforts with all those customers that are being classified as non-core customers/low touch customers. We need to develop tools in order to be relevant to customers who we can’t meet on a weekly/monthly basis.
