At present, product-related chemical charges are not flawlessly handled within Ahlsell.
We miss billing customers for costs we ourselves absorb that should be passed on in the sales process.
Salespeople cannot see that additional charges apply or base their fsg prices on the total price and often sell too cheaply.
Purchasing cannot handle incoming prices, charges, or invoices well. Vivaldi routines that handle charges do not transmit this information or cost to the sales team or the customer.
Cooperation is needed here between the product, sales, and IT organizations to find the right way forward where teams from Web, Core, and Sales need to work together.
Currently, the charges cannot be managed without errors either for purchasing or for sales.

Make it clearer for the customer to understand their total cost (currently the chemical tax is not shown as a line in the webshop)
Simplify pricing for the salesman who currently prices blindly without understanding all charges
Increase earnings by passing on taxes - not continue to absorb
Reduce product managers administration of this type of articles.
