Description
Emerging from the People & Culture strategy, the focus area identified a need for Higher efficiency in processes and tools. This initiative focuses on the adminstrative processes connected to employment. Onboarding, hiring and offboarding employees is a time consuming task with loopholes and many volatile sub-processes.
Key targets is to develope processes and support for these that gives all connected parties information at the right time, easy to use and as extended as possible, in a automated way. Information should be entered as few times as possible and with as few sources of truth as possible.
Inititaive is focused on, but not limited to people & culture processes. Example dependent processes specified below:
