Background: Supplier bonuses (âoff-invoiceâ rebates) are critical to Ahlsellâs margin creation The follow-up and collection of these bonuses from suppliers is a manual process, done by the responsible Product Managers (SE/FI) and Controller (NO) in Excel Due to the manual and varying process, it is likely that Ahlsell is not collecting all available bonuses and not maximizing all available incentives. A digital system support would make the bonus management easier for PMs or controllers

Enable is being integrated into existing infrastucture
API connections established with relevant internal systems (Vivaldi, IFS, ERP, HR etc..)
Single Sign-On (SSO) configured
Data pipelines tested and verified for accuracy (product, sales, customer data)

End-to-end test scenarios executed for common workflows (e.g., bonus calculation, approvals) with POC data
UAT (User Acceptance Testing) conducted and signed off by business stakeholders - confirm correct contract set up, parameter set up and final calculations (easy done as have data from 2024 and can compare)
