We have 1 billion sek in transportation-cost per year and we have 87 million sek in unknown transportation-costs in just sweden. It's one of our biggest costs and we have re-occuring issues with large unidentifed posts.
With a new process we would like to first eliminate the unknown costs, ensure a reliable process and identifying where we can lower costs within the 1 billion per year.

If we are going to achieve only ONE thing in this initiative, what is it?
Ensure the Right shipping costs for the Right customer, the Right carrier, and during the Right time period.
This means that we can follow and analyze at relevant levels, including but not limited to: order level, shipment level, customer level, district level, regional level, and division level.
Goal to achieve is that the shipping costs which are not for the right customer, with the right carrier, and during the right time period are stopped and placed "under investigation" in some form of interface.
