General UX/CX improvements Web
Description
While we create new features and maintain/modernize existing functionality on our web platform, we must also ensure that we keep the focus on the (customer) user experience of the standard features – search and category pages.
Why
Direct consequences (+ / -) and significance for billions in annual turnover
Well-structured search- and category pages make it easier for users to browse products, reducing bounce rates and improving conversions
One of the “easiest” ways we can stand out positively from our competitors
Overall, search and category pages contribute to a more efficient and user-friendly online store, which will lead to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
It is cold comfort to have optimal product pages if customers cannot find
the items they are looking for and try their luck with our competitors….
