Change/Modify Placed Order

Changes in order level that occurs in Proffsmagasinets ERP should automatically and directly flow on to Ahlsell's ERP by using EDI Order Change in Vivaldi. This includes changes to delivery time, cancellation of order, cancellation of order line, partial delivery, changed quantity, change delivery method, change ordering customer number (i.e., PM's ordering customer number to Ahlsell) and delivery method (transit, direct, stock), add new order line. It should be possible to make changes to all orders from when they are placed in Ahlsell's ERP until they go down for picking (stock, transit) or the supplier confirms the dispatch number (direct). If a change occurs on a transit or direct order, the associated purchase should also be changed automatically and the supplier should be notified of the change. Today, the customer is completely dependent on manual contact with PM's customer service to be able to change their order.
