Description
Basically, want to know when a VIP caller creates an incident. Another user cat. for reporting would be desirable.
Functionality:
• Escalation INC prio from low to moderate.
• SLA. VIP INC must be solved quicker,
• Mark VIP user info visually (RED/Bold) for extra attention.
• How can this be implemented with CGI ONEio integration? – AAD user attribute?
• VIP user group should contain GM, CMT and several key persons aprox. 60 users
